Dedicated to crafting delicious foods that nourish and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul, Pacific Frontiers was founded by Camilla Andersson, a serial entrepreneur in the media and tech industries, after her daughter and her husband fell seriously ill due to food intolerance, inflammation and challenging auto immune conditions.
LEGACY AND INNOVATION
Hailing from a family of chefs and restaurateurs, she grew up immersed in her family’s hospitality business and chain of artisanal charcuterie shops, delis, and butcheries, originally established in Europe in 1935. Camilla continues her family’s legacy.
Drawing on her scientific and culinary expertise she has dedicated herself to creating healthy, nutrient-rich, and immune-supporting foods to help her family heal, restore, and safeguard their health—all while savoring joyful, delicious meals.
