When you order your breads or other products online you will get options to recieve it by mail, delivered to your home, or by pick up.

PREPARATION
Usually we need three working days or less to get an order ready before shipping/delivery.

BY MAIL:
We send by mail to all US states with Priority Mail, 1-3 working days.

DELIVERY:
If you live in Orange county we offer delivery to your door step.

PICK UP:
We are working on arranging several pick up locations around Orange County.

We want everyone to have the freedom to fearlessly eat delicious bread without sacrificing their health. We see food as a lifeforce, and craft our breads with a mission to support, nourish, regenerate and to strengthen us.

All our breads are organic and naturally gluten, grain and lectin free. We never use gums, thickeners, emulsifiers, enhancers, artificial synthetic preservatives or additives.

We only use healthy, organic oils and fats such as avocado oil, MCT oil, olive oil and  grass-fed butter. We use organic, pasture raised, grass-fed dairy ingredients and organic, omega 3-rich, grain and soy free eggs.

American baked goods contains much more additives, preservatives, emulsifiers, and fillers than the European baked goods. Many common ingredients in the US are banned in Europe, as well as in many other countries due to their adverse effects on human health.

American baked goods typically have such higher gluten content, added sugars such as high fructose corn syrup and food dyes. American crops are commonly sprayed with glyphosate (Round up) to dry the crops before harvest, (except organic crops), glyphosate is banned or restricted in most countries in Europe, and many other countries around the world.

There are eggs, dairy and nuts in the facility.

If you are sensitive to gluten/grains this bread is for you!

We bake the all the vegan bread separately from the regular non vegan breads.

We use organic avocado oil and organic flax seed “eggs” as egg substitute  We don’t use any honey.
